There was an issue with my daughter’s truck window and it scratched during tinting. So the team called and told me they were going to have the window replaced and retint it for the original price quoted. It hard to find a company that is willing to own its mistakes let alone fix them on their dime. I will forever send my business to cool shades. Thanks for an amazing experience in customer service it was just like the old days of business.

Always great service!! I was indecisive on the level of tint I wanted, changed my mind a couple of times and at every change they were happy to accommodate. Hard to find that level of customer service
